Q: Where can I purchase your products? 

A: For the best price, purchase from us direct at our website www.softtouchbases.com. You can also search online for other sporting good dealers who sell our products or contact your local sporting goods dealer. If they are not an authorized dealer, ask them to contact us to set up an account. Or contact us directly to place your order at 866-544-2077.

Q: Do you offer Free Shipping? 

A: When buying direct from us on our website, free shipping is included with the purchase of a full set of bases. Shipping charges apply for all other orders. Call-in orders generally do not qualify for free shipping.

Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders? 

A: We accept POs from our authorized dealers and from institutions such as schools, municipalities, field design companies, etc. These orders cannot be placed online and new customers are required to set up an account with us before ordering product. Contact us at 866-544-2077 to set up an account.

Q: What is your Return Policy? 

A: Returns may be made up to 30 days after purchase. Customers must contact us at 866-544-2077 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the product. Any merchandise returned without prior approval will be refused. All items must be returned in the original condition they were received. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 15% Re-stock fee applies to all returns. The refund amount will be based on the condition of the product when returned.

Q: What about defective products? Do you have a Warranty? 

A: Bases are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship when used in a usual and customary manner. Normal wear and tear of the bases are not covered. NOTE: Due to the composition of the bases, bases will yellow. This does not affect how the bases will perform. Warranty is void if any changes are made to the original mounting system or not installed as per installation instructions. Proof of purchase is required in the form of a PO number, Invoice number, or any other documentation that will verify when products were purchased. Pictures of defective merchandise are also required and we may request that merchandise be returned before any warranty decisions can be made. Our liability for a warranty claim is limited to either a refund of the purchase or replacement of the defective product.

Q: Why do your bases turn yellow? Can they be painted?

A: Our bases are made of polyurethane which reacts to sunlight. The yellowing process is normal and does not affect the performance of our bases. Yes, the bases can be paint using a re-conditioning paint or consider a product such as KILZ® Adhesion Interior/Exterior Primer for a more cost-effective solution. Note: The paint will peel off eventually.

A: Installations instructions for all of our products can be found on our website under the RESOURCES tab.

Q: How are backorders handled? 

A: We are the manufacturer and normally we have all items in stock, however, we occasionally experience unexpected delays in production due to supply chain interruptions. Our customers are notified immediately and given an option to wait or cancel the order. They are also given a tentative shipping date based on current information and we will ship as soon as possible.
